Can a cloud do yoga? Of course it can! Every day we feel different: sometimes light and bright, other times heavy with rain or storm. Luckily, there is a space as soft as a cloud, with no grades, medals or competition. It's a special place where you can take off your shoes, let your thoughts drift away and listen to your body.
This small illustrated handbook introduces children to yoga through a journey of poses, breathing techniques, cooperative games, fun facts and everyday wellbeing secrets. It's a playful tool for learning to feel good with yourself and with others, from head to toe, one breath at a time.
